The phone drew a grey box over the bounding rect of whatever was
tapped, which is the web view saying what it is. It is gone in one
declaration: `-webkit-tap-highlight-color` is inherited and an
inherited property crosses a shadow boundary, so `html` in index.css
reaches every shadow root in the app. Measured three roots deep,
rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.18) before and rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) after.

Removing it removes the only touch feedback several surfaces had, so
the press state is part of the same change rather than a later polish
item — with the highlight gone a held row measured the *hover* tint,
which on a phone is synthesised by the hold itself and outlives it.
The four lists' rows, the tab bar, the sidebar's destinations and the
shared context-menu item take --yj-press-overlay on :active; the cards
already had scale(0.97). The press selector carries a state class
because a row is .track-row.selected.active, so a bare :active shows
nothing on the row a phone is most likely to press. And those
surfaces' hover tints move behind (hover: hover) and (pointer: fine),
which is #68's gate applied to a tint rather than a revealed control.

user-select, the other half of the Findings, was already done: the
first rule in index.css covers the shadow roots for the same reason.
touch-action: manipulation is declined — the 300ms delay it is offered
for is already absent on a width=device-width viewport, and what it
would really change is the gesture stack tuned by measurement on a
device this session cannot measure.

logan f59490b113 feat(player): show progress on the phone's bar border
#59 took the seek bar off the phone's transport, so the one thing a
mini player is expected to say without being opened -- how far through
the song it is -- had nowhere left to be said.

It is the shell's element and its own 2px grid row between `bottom-bar`
and `bottom-nav`, because those two are separate components and either
one drawing the line means reaching into the other's box. The fill is
`scaleX()` off the same `PlaybackPositionChanged` the seek bar renders,
with the same `trackChangeId`/`seq` guards and an interval that only
interpolates *between* reports -- never its own clock, which is the
rule that exists because a local counter drifted 30 s away from the
backend across four keyboard seeks.

It is `aria-hidden` and takes no pointer events at any depth: Now
Playing's seek bar is what announces the position, and a 2px strip on
the top edge of the tab bar is exactly where a thumb aiming at a tab
lands. It renders nothing above 600px, from `matchMedia` rather than a
media query, because a stylesheet cannot stop a 1 Hz interval running
for the life of every desktop session about a line nobody can see.

Its phone rule is at the foot of index.css beside `job-band`'s, not in
the phone block above: a media query adds no specificity, so a
`display: block` written before the `display: none` that takes it out
of the desktop grid loses to it and the line never appears at all.

logan 2be6fb3066 feat(player): draw no volume control where there is no volume
volume-control asks the player whether there is a volume of ours to
control, and renders nothing when there is not.  The decision is in the
control rather than at either mount point because there are two, and
one of them -- the bottom bar's -- lives in index.html, which has no
module scope to make it conditional.

It could not have been a width, and that is the whole design decision.
Every other stand-down rule in this app is keyed on a viewport, because
a width is what a browser can answer and what every tier can test.
This one is a property of the build: keyed on width, an Android tablet
at 600px or more draws the bar's slider over a level the backend has
pinned -- a control that cannot act, on exactly the platform the rule
exists for, which library-status-indicator settled is worse than none.
The same rule is wrong the other way below 600px, where a narrow
desktop window has no hardware keys to fall back on.  index.css keeps
its phone rule, which is now about room and says so.

Rendering nothing and hiding the host are both needed and are separate
assertions: an empty shadow root is what stops a by-role or positional
query finding a button that cannot act, and :host([hidden]) is what
stops the element taking a flex item's worth of the transport.  The
host rule has to be written down, since :host { display: inline-flex }
outranks the UA's [hidden].

Measured at 424x439 by flipping the constant and rebuilding: the album
art goes 39px to 68px and the transport 172px to 143px -- 29px, being
the 21px control plus the 8px gap a hidden box stops drawing.  The
bar's centring is unaffected, since #23's outer columns are the same
min() expression rather than content-sized.

volume-ownership.test.ts is the tier that can exercise the Android
rendering, on an ordinary Linux runner, because the predicate is a
stubbable backend answer.  Both of its tests were confirmed to fail on
the build before this.

logan 32d4dc2c82 feat(player): slim the phone's mini player to three controls
Shuffle, repeat and the queue button leave the phone's bottom bar.
They are not gone: all three are on the full-screen Now Playing view,
one tap away through the mini player's art, which is the "reachable
only from Now Playing" this issue asks for. #55 is what makes the queue
half safe -- it is a screen with an entry in the back stack now, rather
than a panel with no way out but the button being removed here.

Removing a control is only allowed because it is still reachable, which
is plan 018's matrix promise, so that is what the spec walks rather
than counting buttons. It found that the route did not exist in the
state that matters: `now-playing` renders two branches and the no-track
one had no `.expand` button on its placeholder, so with nothing loaded
there was no way to the full-screen view at all -- and once the queue
button left the bar, no way to the queue. The queue is persisted across
restarts, so "tracks queued, nothing playing" is a state the app
launches into, not a corner.

The favourite stays on the bar and was 18x14px, the smallest control in
the app, against the 48x48 art beside it.

One CSS trap, because it failed silently. The phone block is last in
index.css on purpose -- a media query adds no specificity -- but the
rule it overrides here is written *nested* inside `.bottom-bar`, so it
builds to a descendant selector one class more specific and a bare
`#queue-button` lost to it. Being last is not enough when the thing
above is more specific.

logan 1ab767a317 feat(shell): take the top bar out of the phone's layout
The row is deleted from the grid template below 600px, not the header
hidden. That is 3.25em of a 439 CSS px viewport -- the single biggest
vertical win the reference device has to give, and the reason the issue
asks for the row rather than for a smaller bar.

Each of the five things the bar held has somewhere else to be there:
nav-history is the platform's own back gesture and was already gone from
899 down, the job indicator is <job-band> (#62, which is what this was
blocked on), the search box is a modal opened from the view's own
header, the library filter is Settings -> Libraries, and the wordmark
stays where it is.

Three things are load-bearing.

**The header is visually hidden rather than display: none**, because
that h1 is the document's top-level heading and several pages have no
other one -- page-header renders no h1 when its heading is empty, and
Settings has no page-header at all. Its four controls are display: none
*inside* it, which is what keeps them out of the tab order: a
visually-hidden container is still focusable, and tabbing into a search
box nobody can see is worse than not having one.

**The fit pass stands down**, from the bar's computed position rather
than from a width. With the bar out of flow there is no content box to
measure children against, and a pass that ran would collapse the
wordmark on every resize and report success about a 1px box.

**top-bar-fit.spec.ts keeps 390 and asserts the stronger property.**
"Nothing hangs out of the bar" is trivially true of a bar with no row
and would pass on a build that merely broke it, so what that width asks
now is that the content starts where the row above it ends. Measuring
against the window instead would have been asserting "and no background
job is running", which that spec is not about and cannot arrange.

logan 23f5a0c53a feat(shell): show background jobs in the phone's layout, not a popover
The header indicator is a disclosure anchored to a bar 3.25em tall on a
screen 439 CSS px tall, and it was reported as unreadable behind other
UI. Background work is the one thing a phone should not make you open
something to see, and #57 deletes the bar it hangs from and is blocked
on it having somewhere else to live. Below 600px the indicator stands
down and <job-band> takes over.

It is the existing job-panel at `kinds="*"`, so pause, cancel, Details
and the log come along, and so does applyJobControl.

**It is in the layout, not over it**, and that was measured rather than
assumed. The first version put the panel in notification-host's fixed
band: it renders correctly, sits on top and stays inside the viewport,
and is unusable -- at 424x439 a compact panel showing two jobs is
~216px of a 439px screen, drawn over the content and swallowing every
tap under it. Four e2e specs caught it, and none of them was about
jobs: two phone-shell journeys and the header's action menu, all
failing on clicks the band was intercepting. As a grid row above the
main panel it pushes instead, which is #24's one sentence deciding a
layout question -- a band that hides the app to say the app is busy has
traded the popover's fault for a worse one.

It renders nothing above 600px, from matchMedia rather than a media
query, because that decides whether the element exists: Settings
already holds four job-panels and a fifth answering for every kind is
bottom-nav's "resolved to 2 elements" trap again. index.css keeps it
display:none off the phone for a second reason -- an in-flow grid child
with no named area is auto-placed into one of the shell's rows, which
is what the skip link is absolutely positioned to avoid.

top-bar-fit's 390px case asserted the indicator was up, so that it
could not pass by measuring the idle case under another name. At phone
width it is now deliberately away, so the assertion takes the other
branch of the same rule -- the indicator is hidden, the band has the
row, and the bar still has nothing hanging out of it -- rather than
the width being quietly dropped from the list.

The report's own symptom is deliberately not asserted anywhere: it did
not reproduce in this tier. Measured at 424x439 the popover was neither
clipped nor covered, so a spec claiming a stacking fix would be
asserting something that was never true here. The spec says so.

Two issues over one bar, because they are one relayout. #42's own
findings say so: giving wa-slider a label grows it 6px to 14px and
moves the transport, which is #23's subject, so doing them in sequence
means measuring the bar twice and throwing the first set away.

The bar was `320px 1fr auto`, so the transport sat in the middle of
what the metadata and the queue button did not use — its centre was
~140px right of the window's at every width. The outer two tracks are
the same expression now, so the middle is centred by construction.

The side width is the metadata's, capped at a quarter of the bar, and
the cap was measured as a regression before it was a decision:
reserving the full `--now-playing-width` on both sides is perfectly
centred and takes the seek bar's track from 257px to 61px at 800px, and
to 0 at 200% text. The control you drag was paying for the symmetry.
With the cap it is 246, which is parity. It is a `min()` rather than a
breakpoint because that variable is user state — the metadata has a
drag handle — and tying both sides to it is also what keeps dragging
meaningful; a plain `1fr … 1fr` centres just as well and silently makes
the handle a no-op.

The volume moved out of `audio-player` into the bar because the
transport column has to hold the transport and nothing else, and it
joins the queue button in one cell rather than a second column, since
the centring compares columns.

It is a slider by default and a popup by setting. The stored flag names
the *popup*, which is this config's polarity rule — the zero value has
to be the intended answer, so an existing config.toml gets the new
default with no migration. Inline, the icon is the mute toggle and is
named after that action rather than the state, because with the slider
beside it there is nothing to disclose; the component tier now covers
both presentations rather than whichever is default.

Three nested rules in this block began with a bare element selector,
which Chrome 120 relaxed and the phone's Chrome 113 **silently drops** —
including the ellipsis on the bar's own title and artist, which has
therefore never truncated on the device. They are `&`-prefixed now.
Filed as #154 for the class and for a check.

`bottom-bar.spec.ts` pins both halves separately on purpose: an
uncapped build is perfectly centred and fails only the seek-bar width,
so a spec asserting centring alone would have passed the regression
above. Both were verified by mutation.

logan ae85df0dad fix(shell): give the top bar a measured fit at every width
The bar was 611px inside a 600px viewport at the bottom of the Compact
band, and 862px while a scan with a real library's title ran, because
`job-indicator` is `hidden` when idle and 235px wide when it is not.
`body` is `overflow-x: auto`, so a user got a horizontal scrollbar on a
shell #24 promised would not need one — and the band is 600 to 899 with
work in flight, not the 600 to 610 the idle measurement suggested.

`services/top-bar-fit.ts` is `page-header`'s treatment one bar up: a
ResizeObserver, every pass starting from all-visible, hiding the
lowest-priority child until it fits. Measured rather than breakpointed
because three of the five children are as wide as their content — the
library filter by the longest library name, the indicator by the
running job's title, the search box by its view-scoped placeholder — so
any width picked is right for one library, one job and one view.

What yields is decided by #24's own sentence, which rules out the two
cheapest candidates in the Direction. Hiding the library filter takes
away an action, since it is the only control in the app that selects a
library (filed as #148, which is the phone already doing it), and
collapsing search to an icon is #57's, which is blocked behind #62. So
the wordmark yields first — a brand the window title bar repeats, and
visually-hidden rather than `display: none` because that h1 is the
document's heading — and then the indicator's label, leaving the ring,
which the component already does below 600px and whose live region
announces the state either way.

"Fits" is the children against the content box, not `scrollWidth`
against `clientWidth`: `scrollWidth` counts the left padding and not
the right, so the first version read 700/700 with the indicator sitting
in the whole right gutter. And the bar does not resize when a job
starts, which is the case this is for, so every child is observed too.

Pinned before it was fixed, as the issue asks. On the unfixed build the
new spec fails at 600 idle and at 600, 800 and 900 with a job, and
passes at 390, 899 and 1440; `layout-overflow.spec.ts` gains 600x600
and failed there. That spec asserts on the *shell*, so it was green
throughout this defect — the per-child measurement is #69's lesson, and
it is what caught the gutter case above.

logan 018d857746 feat(shell): global back and forward in the top bar
The history stack has been global since the Android back gesture landed
-- every navigation is an entry and `popstate` restores any of them in
either direction. What the report describes as "back is tab-scoped" is
that the only way back was a detail view's own button, which leaves the
screen with the view it belongs to: click over to Tracks and the album
you were reading is still one entry away with nothing on screen saying
so.

`<nav-history>` is that affordance, plus `nav.back` / `nav.forward` on
Alt+Left / Alt+Right -- the browser's own combination, and clear of the
bare arrows that seek, since a binding matches on its full canonical
string.

Forward is not back negated, which is why the old `pushedEntries`
counter is gone rather than extended: `popstate` carries no direction
and fires identically both ways, so one counter decremented on every
pop reads a forward as a second back. Each entry carries its index and
the shell keeps the current one and a high-water mark, which also
survives a jump of more than one.

The buttons dispatch the events the rest of the app already dispatches
rather than calling `history` themselves -- the shell owns the guard
that stops a press at the root leaving the app, and a second caller
reaching for history is how the old `navStack` came to disagree with
the platform.

Below 900px the control stands down: the top bar is what runs out of
room first below that, and nothing becomes unreachable -- the shortcuts
are global at every width and the phone has the platform's gesture.

logan 4025106234 fix(queue): overlay the content instead of taking its width
The panel is flex-shrink: 0 in the flow of .content-area, so an open
queue was paid for by the main panel rather than covering it. Measured
on Playlists: 379px of content left at 900x600 with all three of the
page header's actions clipped, 69px at 390px, and 0px at 320px — where
the content was not degraded but gone.

It goes to an overlay with a scrim when the content cannot spare the
width, and the rule is computed rather than breakpointed:
`available - panelWidth < 480`, where available is .content-area's
width and so already accounts for the sidebar's collapse at 900. A
media query cannot express this, which is the reason for the property:
the panel is drag-resizable between 200 and 500px and persisted, so a
viewport breakpoint silently assumes the default 320 and is wrong by up
to 180px for a user who widened it — in the direction that hurts, since
a wider queue is exactly when the content can least afford it.

480 is a judgement and the comment says so: there is no cliff to derive
it from (the track list rescales continuously, 213px to 124px columns
with no row overflow), so it is anchored to keep the default 1100px
window inline while putting every measured-broken case on the overlay
side.

The overlay is a presentation and not a fork — #55 asks for one
component with two mount points — so the roving tab stop, Alt+Arrow
reorder, drag reorder and selection semantics are untouched. Escape
closes it and returns focus, attached only while the overlay is up: it
is a dismissal rather than a shortcut, which is why it is not a
panel-scoped binding. The scrim covers the content area only, not the
sidebar or the transport, because the queue is not modal.

It looked identical in both states, so the only way to tell what
pressing it would do was to look at the other side of the window and
infer it -- and for anyone not looking there was nothing to infer from:
no aria-expanded, no aria-controls, no drawn state.

The state is reflected *from the panel* rather than kept beside the
click. This button is not the only thing that opens the queue --
now-playing-view sets the same attribute, because it hides the bar the
button lives in -- so a flag maintained by the click handler would be
right until something else opened the panel and then quietly wrong.
The panel's `open` attribute stays the one fact; a MutationObserver
reflects it.

Plan 016 B2, phase 2. Phase 1 took the seek bar and the volume out of
the phone's bottom bar -- 4px of height is not a thumb target, and a
phone's volume belongs to its hardware keys -- and promised them a
full-screen view. This is it, reached from a button over the mini
player's cover art.

**It composes the transport rather than reimplementing it.** The same
`seek-bar`, `player-controls` and `volume-control` the desktop bar
uses; a phone layout that copies them is a second transport to fix
every bug in, and the seek bar in particular carries interpolation
rules that took a plan of their own to get right. The seek bar
thickens its own track below the breakpoint, in its own stylesheet,
because the track size lives on a wa-slider inside its shadow root
where a custom property from the host cannot reach.

**It is a detail view, not a primary one.** It is somewhere you go and
come back from, so index.ts pushes the current view and Back pops it --
which is also why it is not a fifth tab: a tab you cannot leave by
pressing it again is not a tab.

Two things came from reading a screenshot rather than from a failing
test, and both were invisible to assertions that were individually
correct.

**The mini player was still under the full-screen view**, repeating it
in 4em of an 844px phone. index.css hides the bottom bar while
`#main-content[data-active-view="now-playing"]`, through `:has()`
rather than a class toggled from index.ts, because the active view is
already published as an attribute. That takes the queue button with it,
so the view carries its own.

**And phase 1's shell rules had never applied.** A media query adds no
specificity, and the phone block sat above the plain rules it meant to
override, so at 390px the header kept its 2em gutters (32px), its 16px
gap and its 24px title, and the bottom bar kept a fixed 320px first
column. Nothing failed: the shell fits because of `min-width: 0` and
each component's own media query, which live in their own stylesheets
and have no later rule to lose to -- so what was dead was exactly the
cosmetic half no assertion looks at. The phone rules are one section at
the end of the file now, and it says why it is last. Measured after:
12px, 8px, 17.6px, `154px 187px 33px`.

Plan 016 B2, phase 1. Below 600px the grid drops its sidebar column,
`bottom-nav` becomes the primary navigation, and the shell fits the
viewport instead of scrolling sideways out of it.

600 rather than the sidebar's own 900, because 900 is a laptop and the
answer there is a narrower sidebar, which is still a sidebar. Under 600
there is no room for one at all: 360px of viewport over a 200px nav is
not a layout.

**The tab bar is four destinations and a way to everything else.**
Three to five is where touch targets stop being thumb-sized -- eleven
over 360px is 32px each -- so the four are the ones plan 016's subset
says a phone is for, and "More" opens the *existing* `app-sidebar` in a
drawer rather than listing the destinations a second time. Two lists is
two places to add the next view to.

That reuse has a cost this found the hard way: a shared component
brings its `data-testid`s with it, so rendering the drawer's sidebar
unconditionally put a second `nav-home` (and ten siblings) in the DOM
and **failed 30 existing specs** with "resolved to 2 elements" -- on a
desktop viewport, where this element is `display: none` and the drawer
can never open. It renders only while the drawer is open, and the
component test asserts the absence, because the failure is invisible
from inside the component and lands in files nobody touched.

**What made the shell overflow was minimums, not padding.** Measured at
360px: the body was 652px wide, because a `min-width` in a flex row is
a hard floor and a grid item's implicit minimum is its content. So
`min-width: 0` on the boxes between the viewport and the content, and
each component stands its own non-essential parts down in its *own*
stylesheet -- search-bar's 200px floor, job-indicator's label (the
visible one; the live region that announces it is untouched),
audio-player's seek bar and volume. A media query inside a shadow root
is answered by the viewport, so this is the component saying what it
drops rather than the shell reaching in.

Volume goes because the hardware keys own it on a phone, which is the
same reason mediacontrols' Android handler implements no volume
callback. Seeking goes because 4px is not a thumb target; it belongs to
the full-screen now-playing view, which is the next phase.

An existing spec therefore asserts the opposite of what it did:
layout-overflow's 320px case used to require that the 464px behind
`overflow: hidden` could be *scrolled to*, which was the remedy
available while the shell had one layout. It reflows now -- 320px in a
320px viewport, exactly -- and reflow is what WCAG 1.4.10 asked for.

a11y.21 (WCAG 1.4.10), measured rather than taken as filed. The
finding's mechanism is vertical — "the 4em bars grow while the viewport
does not, and anything that no longer fits is clipped with no
scrollbar" — and that is not what happens. The middle row is `1fr` and
absorbs the growth exactly: at 200% text on 800x600 the bars go 64px to
128px and the panel 472px to 344px, with the footer still landing on
600. Nothing is clipped vertically, and Settings stays reachable
because the sidebar scrolls (007 phase 5).

What is real is the axis the finding does not mention. At 200% text the
shell is 1014px wide in an 800px viewport, and at 320px — 400% page
zoom of 1280, the width 1.4.10 names — it is 784px, so 464px of the
app including the job indicator and the queue button sat behind
`overflow: hidden` with no way to reach it.

So the horizontal axis scrolls and the vertical one stays fixed, which
also keeps the transport where a desktop player's transport belongs. At
every size this app promises there is no overflow on either axis and no
scrollbar appears, which the three viewport cases assert.

The first version of the spec passed on the broken build: `overflow:
hidden` still permits programmatic scrolling, so `scrollLeft = 9999`
proves nothing. It is a wheel gesture now.

logan 9d420cda0a fix(a11y): add a skip link, demote the subtitle, and size the sort arrow
a11y.30: `<main id="main-content">` existed and nothing linked to it,
so a keyboard user walked the library filter, the search box, the job
indicator and eleven nav items before reaching content, on every
navigation. Two things in it are load-bearing and only checkable
against the running document: the link is out of flow in *both* states,
because `body` is a grid with named areas and an in-flow extra child is
auto-placed into one of them; and `<main>` needs tabindex="-1", or the
fragment link moves the scroll, leaves the tab sequence where it was,
and looks like it worked.

a11y.29: `<h1>` followed by `<h3>` for type size. An `hgroup` takes one
heading plus paragraphs, so a `<p>` is also what it was meant to hold.

a11y.34: the sort arrow was 10px, below the type scale's own floor,
with a comment acknowledging it. Half of that finding was closed by
Phase 1 — the direction is announced now, via aria-sort — and the other
half is one declaration.

And the state that landed in: the hgroup measured 67px inside a 64px
bar, so dropping the h3's bottom margin shortened the block, moved the
flex-centred pair down, and clipped the subtitle's descenders. The
overflow was pre-existing; `margin-block: 0` on the title is the fix,
pinned by a new layout-overflow case.

logan e9ca16362f fix(ui): make the app fit the window it enforces a minimum for
The track list shared out its whole clientWidth across the resizable
columns while every row spends 24px on the favourite column and 2x8px
on its own padding before the first one starts, so the grid was always
exactly 40px wider than the box holding it and the last column was
clipped at every size (scrollWidth 1280 vs clientWidth 1240, measured).
Both numbers now live in one place and are read by the two call sites
that had written them out separately, which is how they came to
disagree.

The enforced minimum was 512x384, which the layout had never
supported: at 700x480 the eleven sidebar items needed 406px of a 352px
pane, overflow:hidden cut the last two off with nothing to scroll, and
Settings and Jobs could not be reached at all. The pane scrolls now,
the sidebar collapses to icons below 900px (its .collapsed mode existed
and only a manual drag ever reached it), the subtitle hides at the same
breakpoint so the title stops wrapping out of the 4em bar, and the
minimum is 800x600 - measured as where the shell still works rather
than picked as a round number.

logan 795f40acee perf(frontend): split the routes and warm the chunks on idle
One 1.18 MB chunk containing all 27 views, every one eagerly imported
and side-effect-evaluated before first paint. `index.ts` now holds a
loader table per view and awaits the right chunk before creating the
element. JS evaluated before first paint: 1 480 kB -> 772.9 kB, in 27
chunks instead of one, with the slowest first open of a view at 19 ms
against 21 ms — both halves of the trade, and the second did not get
worse.

Two things it has to get right. `document.createElement` on an
undefined tag yields an inert HTMLElement rather than throwing, so a
missing entry in the table is a blank page and not an error; and
navigations are numbered, so a slow chunk cannot land on top of a
faster navigation. `notification-host`, `inline-notice` and
`confirm-dialog` stay eager on purpose: a failure surface that has to
fetch a chunk before it can speak is not a failure surface, and the
moment it is most needed is the likeliest moment loading one fails.

supporting schema/query/store changes across backend and frontend.

Also includes two smaller follow-ups: bump the central index's
rebuild-after cadence from 90 to 180 days, and remove the Explore
"library only" online/offline toggle entirely (frontend-only, no
backend counterpart) rather than carry unused UI/state.

yonlu 4e52f6b494 fix: icons outside the pill — globe left, track center, hard-drive right
Moved icons to sit outside the toggle track on either side.
Both icons are always fully visible. The active side's icon
gets the accent color, the inactive side dims to secondary.
Track is a minimal 36×20px pill with a sliding thumb.
- Off: globe bright, thumb left, hard-drive dimmed
- On: globe dimmed, thumb right + yellow track, hard-drive accent

yonlu 65a6a73d17 fix: pill toggle layout — icons absolutely positioned, thumb slides over
Icons are now at fixed positions inside the pill (globe left,
hard-drive right) with absolute positioning. The thumb slides
between them. The active icon is the one NOT covered by the thumb:
- Off: thumb left (covers globe), hard-drive visible
- On: thumb right (covers hard-drive), globe visible
Icons fade with opacity transitions. Thumb changes from white
(off) to black (on) to contrast with the yellow active background.

Backend:
- Migration 17: similar_artist_map table stores per-artist similar
  artist relationships (source_mbid → similar_mbid + name + score)
- Tier 4 index build now persists similar artists to this table
- GetLibrarySimilarArtists(mbid) queries similar artists filtered
  by JOIN with the artists table (library-only, no API calls)
- Added db field to explore.Service for direct queries

Frontend:
- ExploreSettingsStore with libraryOnly toggle, persisted to
  localStorage
- Top bar toggle button with active/inactive styling
- Explore search: skips full MB/LB pipeline when library-only,
  uses only searchLibraryCache (pure JS, instant)
- Artist detail page: in library-only mode, skips all API calls
  (no top tracks, no top releases, no LB play count, no MB
  artist lookup). Uses library store for discography, calls
  GetLibrarySimilarArtists for similar artists.
- Similar artists section: changed from horizontal scroll to
  wrapping flex layout with collapsible toggle (Show all N)
- Removed debug artist ranking log

yonlu 6440b0333c fix: fully collapse hidden views — zero out all box model properties
The hidden primary view was creating a gap above the active view
because flex:0 and height:0 alone don't override min-height from
the component's shadow DOM :host styles. In flex layout, the
default min-height:auto can prevent an element from collapsing
to zero height.

Added to .view-hidden:
- min-height: 0 — overrides flex min-height:auto
- max-height: 0 — belt-and-suspenders height constraint
- padding: 0 — prevents padding from creating space
- margin: 0 — prevents margin from creating space
- border: none — prevents border from creating space
- flex: 0 0 0px — explicit flex-basis:0px (not just flex:0)

All with !important to override shadow DOM :host styles.

yonlu c7b859507d fix: detail view layout — gap at top and scroll cutoff at bottom
Three changes:

1. Added box-sizing: border-box to :host of explore-artist-details,
   explore-album-details, and artist-details. The light DOM rule
   .main-panel > * sets this but shadow DOM may not inherit it.

2. Changed .main-panel to display: flex; flex-direction: column.
   In block layout, a height:0 hidden view could affect the
   position of the detail view below it. In flex column layout,
   the hidden view (flex:0) collapses completely and the active
   view (flex:1) fills the remaining space.

3. Changed .main-panel > * from height:100% to flex:1; min-height:0.
   In a flex column, flex:1 correctly fills available space while
   min-height:0 allows the content to shrink below its intrinsic
   size (needed for overflow:hidden to work).

yonlu 2f211eef58 fix: remove main-panel padding gap + add box-sizing for scroll cutoff
Two layout issues:
1. Gap above content: .main-panel had padding: 0.25em which created
   a visible gap above views. Removed — views control their own
   internal padding.

2. Scroll cutoff at bottom: .main-panel > * had height: 100% but
   no box-sizing: border-box. Views with their own padding (like
   config-page) overflowed because padding added to the 100% height.
   Added box-sizing: border-box to the global rule so padding is
   included in the height calculation.

yonlu 54df917ffd fix: preserve scroll position in cached grid views
display:none discards scrollTop in WebKitGTK, so navigating away
from album/artist/genre grids and back reset scroll to top.

Replace inline style.display toggling with a CSS class that uses
visibility:hidden + height:0 + overflow:hidden. This collapses
the element visually while keeping the DOM alive with its scroll
state intact. contain:strict on hidden views ensures zero layout
cost while collapsed.

yonlu 4b7d35d7ec fix(14-01): downgrade main-panel from contain:strict to layout+style+paint
contain:strict includes size containment which caused a timing issue
where the flex-based main-panel height wasn't resolved before the
virtualizer measured its container, resulting in track-list rendering
at ~20% height on first load until something triggered a relayout.
