RENOVATE_ALLOW_POST_UPGRADE_COMMANDS is not a valid config option.
Self-hosted Renovate requires RENOVATE_ALLOWED_POST_UPGRADE_COMMANDS
with a JSON array of regex patterns to whitelist specific commands.
