A grab that delivers 9 of 12 tracks is imported (above the completeness floor) and the other 3 are never looked for. On Soulseek this is the commonest way an album ends up almost right: one peer's folder is missing a track, or one file failed.

Direction

After a grab imports with expected tracks absent, search for each missing track (recording-level query: artist + track title) and grab it from another peer, importing into the same album. Bounded: a few missing tracks only (a mostly-missing album should be a different candidate, not twelve single-track grabs), one attempt per track, and only where the request has an expected tracklist to know what is missing.
