feat(quick-8): add FindDuplicateTracksInPlaylist backend method

- Add DuplicateTrackInfo and DuplicateCheckResult types
- Implement FindDuplicateTracksInPlaylist on playlist Service
- Regenerate Wails TypeScript bindings
