feat(13-01): add library-filtered Go query methods and FTS search
- GetAllTracksByLibrary, GetAllAlbumsByLibrary, GetAllArtistsByLibrary - GetAlbumsByArtistByLibrary, GetAllGenresWithCountsByLibrary - GetTracksByGenreByLibrary, GetAlbumTracksByLibrary - SearchTracksByLibrary wraps SearchFTSTracksByLibrary on DB - SearchFTSTracksByLibrary filters FTS results by library_id
