feat(pack): add Iris, shader packs, and new resource packs

- Add Iris Shaders 1.8.14-beta.1 (NeoForge) plus Iris Veil Compat and
  Aeronautics Iris Fix so Veil/Create Aeronautics visuals render
  correctly under shader packs.
- Add Fresh Animations: Extensions and Motschen's Better Leaves 8.0
  resource packs.
- Ship Complementary Reimagined and MakeUp - Ultra Fast shader packs
  to clients via shaderpacks/.
